איך אני שוטפת את המברשות שלי? How I clean my brushes

שטיפת מברשות זה דבר שלוקח זמן, אבל זה דבר חשוב מאוד שצריך להקפיד עליו. הרבה חיידקים, בקטריות ואבק נמצאים במוצרים שלנו ובספוגיות שאנחנו משתמשים בהם. הם יכולים לגרום לדקות לחצ'קונים ולגירויים שונים בעור. יצא לי לראות הרבה בנות שבכלל לא מודעות לאפשרות של ניקוי המברשות (וספוגיות האיפור) ובכלל לא יודעות מה זה ולשם מה צריך את זה. לכן, את הפוסט הזה אני מקדישה לאלו שרוצות ללמוד איך נכון לעשות את זה, לאלו שמתעניינות מה השיטה שלי (היא לא שונה לדעתי מהרבה שיטות אחרות, ולא כל כך מסובכת), ולאלה שלא מודעות בכלל לנושא הזה…

אז למה בעצם עושים את זה? עור הפנים הוא רגיש ובדרך כלל מגיב לכל שינוי בחיים שלנו: אם זה תזונה, טיפוח, מזג אוויר ועוד… לכן גם מברשות האיפור משפיעות על מצב העור. כשלא שוטפים את המברשות מצטברים עליהן אבק, בקטריות וחיידקים וכמובן שגם הרבה איפור. הגורמים האלה יכולים להיות לא נעימים לפעמים ולגרום לגירויים בעור ובעיינים ודלקות. בנוסף אם יש לי עור אקנתי ואני משתמשת באותה המברשת שוב ושוב ללא שטיפה אני יכולה "להעביר" חצ'קונים ממקום למקום או לגרום לפנים להיות במצב גרוע יותר. (אבל רק אם השימוש במברשת הוא לאחר תקופה ארוכה שהיא לא נשטפה). בנוסף מאפרים שהמברשות שלהם כבר מלוכלכות והם רוצים לאפר בצבעים שונים הם צריכים לשטוף את המברשת על מנת להישתמש בצבע אחר. עוד דוגמה היא שאם אני משתמשת במברשת עיינים מסויימת ויש לי דלקת בעין באותו הזמן, לאחר שבוע שהדלקת נעלמה אני משתמשת באותה המברשת (ללא שטיפה) אני יכולה להחזיר לעצמי את הדלקת בחזרה, וזה לא יהיה נעים במיוחד. גם נגיעת המברשות שלא נשטפו במוצרי האיפור יכולה לגרום למוצר עצמו " להזדהם". אני לא באה להבהיל חלילה! וגם אני לא באה להגיד לשטוף את המברשות בכל יום אבל אני כן באה להגיד לשטוף אותן בכל תקופת זמן מסויימת שתקבעו, בהתאם לשימוש היומיומי שלכן בהן, לפי האינטואיציה ומראה העין (אם המברשות ממש מלוכלכות, מעלות אבק וכו') או לשטוף אותן לפני כל שימוש אם אתן לא מתאפרות הרבה אלה רק פעם ב.. (סתם לשטוף אותן זה חבל…), כי בכל זאת הן עמדו על המדף וצברו עליהן קצת אבק בתקופה הממושכת הזאת. כן, אני יודעת שגם אחרי יום ששטפנו אותן יש עליהן אבק וחיידקים, כי אין מה לעשות זה נמצא באוויר שלנו אבל זה לא כמו תקופה ארוכה וממושכת שהן לא נשטפו. תזכרו שחשוב לשמור על סטריליות! יש גם חיסרונות לשטיפת המברשות: אם לא עושים את זה נכון זה יכול להרוס אותן. וזה לוקח הרבה זמן וסבלנות. טוב זה היה החלק החופר, אבל חלק שכדאי שתבינו למה זה בעצם חשוב. בואו נעבור לחלק היותר מעניין וזה : איך בעצם עושים את זה?

קודם כל אני מניחה את המברשות המלוכלכות מאיפור שאני צריכה לשטוף ושהשתמשתי בהן לאחרונה ליד הכיור כדי שיהיה לי יותר נוח.
אחר כך אני שמה בצלוחית קטנה סבון כלים (לא לשים סבון מאוד חזק שלא יהרוס את המברשת)- על מנת לנקות את הליכלוך והכל, ושמן זית כדי לרכך את השערות (אפשר אם רוצים להשתמש בשמפו ומעט מרכך למברשות שהשיער שלהן טבעי). גיליתי שלשים בצלוחית קטנה את הסבון כלים והשמן זית זה יותר חסכוני ויותר קל ומהיר.

אני שוטפת את המברשות ומסבנת אותן בתנועות סיבוביות עד שאני רואה שאין יותר ליכלוך שיוצא על היד שלי.

כשאני לא רואה יותר ליכלוך אני שוטפת את המברשת ובכל פעם בודקת בתנועות סיבוביות שאין יותר סבון על היד שלי (חשוב מאוד לראות שלא נשאר סבון) ואם יש צריך לשטוף שוב ושוב עד שיוצא הכל…

את המברשות אני שוטפת במים פושרים אפילו קצת חמימים…

יש מברשות עם חומרים שיותר קשה לנקות ויש כאלה שפחות, זה לוקח זמן אין שום ספק.

לאחר שסיימתי לשטוף את המברשות אני מניחה אותן על נייר סופג בשיפוע קטן כדי שהמים לא יחדרו פנימה. אני שמה סתם איזה ספר כי חשוב שהשיפוע לא יהיה גדול מדי כדי שהצורה של המברשות לא יתעקם…

בנוסף אני אוהבת לשים עליהם את הדבר הסגול הזה כדי שבזמן שהמברשות מתייבשות הן ישמרו על הצורה שלהן (אני שמה אותם על מברשות שהשיערות שלהן יותר מתפזרות..). את הסגולים האלו קניתי באיביי (והנה הקישור).

טיפים חשובים!

1. לא להרטיב את הקן שבין הברזל של המברשת והידית שלה (איפה שאוחזים אותה).

2. לא להחזיק את המברשת הפוך, (כדי שלא יכנסו מים ויהרסו את המברשת) להחזיק אותה בכיוון הזרימה של המים.

3. לא להפעיל לחץ חזק מידי שיהרוס את שיערות המברשת. (תרגישו איזו מברשת צריכה יותר לחץ כמו: מברשות של איילינר, מייקאפ ואודם, ואילו פחות כמו: מברשות עיניים וכו').

4. לסחוט בעדינות את המברשות לאחר השטיפה ולנגב אותן במגבת נקייה או טישו (אני מעדיפה טישו…).

5. להיות סבלניים ולחכות עד שהמברשות יתייבשו, עדיף לא לשים אותן בשמש כדי שהדבק של השיערות לא יתפוגג ולא לייבש אותן במיבש שיער.

Important tips!
